Jo's Pilates
Josephine founded Jo's Pilates in Lake Wylie, South Carolina, after Pilates helped her make room for herself while building a demanding career. She wanted the studio to feel calm, intentional, and welcoming to people at any level, with precise instruction and an environment designed with care.
She is both the studio's founder and a 500-hour comprehensively certified Pilates instructor.
