Mentoring & Speaking
Experience, perspective, and encouragement for women in business
I bring experience building teams, leading businesses, and starting one of my own to conversations with women who are deciding what comes next. We start with your situation and work out what kind of support would be useful.
01
Mentoring conversations
A sounding board for women who are starting or growing a business, leading people for the first time, or deciding what comes next. Bring the idea you’re testing, the decision you’re weighing, or the room you’re trying to be heard in.
I’ll be honest with you, I’ll encourage you, and I’ll share what has worked for me—and what hasn’t. I also understand that life outside work can be complicated, and that matters.
Mentoring isn’t new to me. I’ve mentored the people on every team I’ve built, and I served as an alumni project mentor for Leadership Greenville. Today I’m also a member of the Lake Wylie chapter of Women’s Business League.
02
Speaking
I welcome invitations from organizations, events, and groups that support women in business. Topics I can speak to from experience:
- Leadership and earning your place in the boardroom
- Navigating male-dominated environments
- Building a business from an idea to opening day
- Moving forward through personal and professional change
To invite me, send the date, audience, location or online format, and the topic you have in mind.
03
Collaboration and advisory conversations
I’m interested in thoughtful collaborations with organizations that help women advance—a program, a panel, a community initiative, or an idea you’re still shaping.
I also take on a small number of advisory conversations with founders and leadership teams working through growth, go-to-market, or building a sales team.
How it starts
One conversation at a time
-
Introduce yourself
Tell me what you’re building, what you’re navigating, or what you have in mind.
-
We talk
A 30-minute Google Meet conversation about where you are and where you want to go.
-
Find the next step
Together we figure out what would help most, whatever form that takes.
Let’s connect.
Tell me what you’re building, what challenge you’re navigating, or where you see an opportunity for us to work together. You don’t need every next step figured out to start the conversation.
